Wait times on the telephone each time were 20-30 minutes EACH time. When they finally showed up, she was told they don’t have blankets & gave her an extra set of sheets instead. My daughter called back 1/2 hr later because no one had brought her a blanket yet. Also, my daughter called housekeeping later that evening & asked for a blanket, she was told her request would be expedited. ![]() Why didn’t the housekeeper find this? I was told housekeeping would be to my room soon to change the sheets, fill the soap, & I would get a $30 refund, which I have not received yet. During this phone call, I also told “whoever she was” that there wasn’t any liquid hand soap in the bathroom, sheets had a yellow-ish stain, & the previous lodger left a bottle of champagne in the fridge. ![]() Of course I called the front desk & was told I would need to wait in line AGAIN & tell someone at the front desk. After waiting to check in for 1/2 hr at the appropriate check-in time, I was disappointed to realize I didn’t not have a “city view” room like I paid for.
